Terms and Conditions

  1. Wholesale Orders Only:  All Wholesale Buyers must have a copy of your state tax resale certificate and current business license.
  2. Wholesale and Custom Only:  Pricing for wholesale and custom orders is EXW unless otherwise specified.  
  3. All prices are subject to change without notice and we are not responsible for typographical errors.
  4. Prices and images are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Terms

  1. Your shipping handling fee is determined by the package’s weight, number of boxes and destination. Value is also determined for insurance purposes only. Some orders are shipped in multiple packages.
  2. Wholesale and Custom Only:  Unless otherwise specified all Wholesale and Custom Orders that are shipped internationally, will be shipped via DHL Air Freight, expedited services are available for a fee.
  3. Free Domestic Shipping will be provided for all Featured Products listed on Amazon or ordered on this website and will be fulfilled through our Merchant Fulfillment Network or Amazon depending on available inventory.
  4. Wholesale and Custom Only:  Free Domestic Shipping will be provided for Wholesale Orders above $300 (Business addresses only) fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse(s) except for Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders delivered to Alaska or Hawaii will be provided with half off in shipping with $500 or more in purchase.
    1. No additional fees are charged except rates provided by preferred carriers.
    2. Service charge of $50.00 will be applied to all C.O.D. shipments.
    3. We do not ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Box addresses.
    4. For all international shipments, purchasers are responsible for taxes and custom duties.

Payment Terms

  1. We accept all major credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
  2. Wholesale and Custom Orders Only:  An Authorize.Net credit card payment link and accompanying invoice will be emailed to all Wholesale and Custom buyers and are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein. 

Refund and Return Policy

  1. All return merchandise must be notified within 24-48 hours of order receipt and must be accompanied by RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  To obtain an RMA number email us at [email protected] or call us at 646-225-1920.
  2. Merchandise having a manufacturers defect will be accepted for replacement or credit. Misused or improperly cared for products will not be accepted.
  3. Packaging, Refused and Return Item Instructions:
    1. Send your package back to FBO Mann Corporate Advisors, LLC, 1549 Bobali Drive, Harrisburg, PA  17104-3221 via the Post Office, UPS, or other service. (We are not responsible for non-receipt of returned merchandise)
    2. Include NAME, ORDER NUMBER, COPY OF INVOICE, AND ITEM NUMBER(S) of enclosed merchandise.
    3. Utilize the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. Please use a padded envelope or box if original shipping materials are not reusable. Items received damaged, unsealed or not in new condition will not be honored.
      1. Refused Items:  If it is the fault of Mann Corporate Advisors, LLC you will be fully credited and or items will be reshipped at our expense. On all other refused orders, the customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges. If the customer wants the order reshipped, the freight charges will be added. Only manufacturer defects or items with concealed damages as a result of the shipping will be authorized for a return. The merchandise returned must be in the original packaging and free of all customers markings or tags.
  4. Keep your shipping receipt until you have received exchanged item.

Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement

By Purchasing any item sold by Mann Corporate Advisors, LLC, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated, or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mann Corporate Advisors, LLC for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations.
